　本研究は、NICUに入院した子どもの母親とかかわる機会の多い病院のNICUと産科病棟の看護スタッフを対象とした看護教育プログラムを開発し、評価をすることを目的とした。: Ⅱ．方法: 　本研究デザインは質的評価研究である。プログラムの参加協力者は、研究協力施設1か所に勤務するNICUと産科病棟の看護師1名、助産師7名である。プログラム評価の対象者は、参加した看護者と、親の会に所属する母親5名である。: 　プログラムの目標は、成人教育の学習プロセスを参考とし、１．子どもがNICUに入院した母親の多様なニーズがわかる、２．子どもがNICUに入院した母親とかかわるときの状況に応じた態度がわかる、３．ディスカッション・グループにおいて、NICUに入院した子どもの母親への看護実践についてアイディアを提案し交流することができる、４．NICUに入院した子どもの母親への看護実践についての自身の知識、技能、信念を同僚と言語で共有することができる、５．プログラムの後、状況にあわせてより細やかな看護実践を変化させることができると定めた。: プログラムの内容は、親の会の母親の語りを基盤とした①情報提供とシェアリング、看護者にとって難しい場面についての②ロールプレイ、自身の看護ケア場面の③リフレクションとした。プログラムの実施は、1グループにつき90分のセッションを2回行なった。: 参加した看護者はプログラムの終了直後にプロセス評価を行った。4名の母親がそのセッションの結果を評価した。どちらの評価もインタビューによりデータ収集した。すべてのセッションとインタビューはナラティブ・スタディの方法で分析した。本研究は、研究計画を聖路加看護大学倫理審査委員会に承認された後に行った(承認番号09-033,10-020)。: Ⅲ．結果: 　プログラムの目標5つは全て達成された。また、看護者へのプログラムの結果は、親の会の母親から評価され、適当、あるいは適当と不適当が混在している評価となった。適当、不適当の評価の差は、母親自身の実体験の差によって生じていた。親の会の母親が全員、不適当と評価された内容はなかった。母親の情報を提供することは、ディスカッションを促進し、学習を促進した。: 　NICUに入院した子どもの母親の語りに基づいた情報提供とシェアリングは、看護実践を変化させた。ロールプレイを通して看護者は、母親の考え、感情やイメージを認識した。個人のリフレクションをグループで再検討することは、看護者の認識を変化させる効果があった。: Ⅳ．結論:
