| 内容記述 | 我が国で急増する胸膜中皮腫は、進行が速く、症状コントロールが困難で、患者のQOLを著しく阻害する。本稿は、中皮腫ケア、緩和ケア、在宅ケア、アスベスト被害に対する認知行動療法、および患者・家族支援団体によるピアサポートや補償申請支援を、中皮腫についてトレーニングを受けたバディナースが中心となって実践する「看護師向け胸膜中皮腫包括ABCケアガイド」の実用可能性と修正点についてインタビュー調査を行った。その結果、実用可能性が認められた。主な修正点は、最新の薬物療法や緩和ケア、補償制度に関するより詳しい内容であった。研究参加者の中には、医療機関を超えた連携に対する抵抗感を感じる者があったので、本ケアガイドの実用性を促進するためには、医療連携を支援する取り組みが必要であると考えられた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma, which is increasing in Japan, progress rapidly, causes difficult symptoms to control and significantly impairs patients’ quality of life. The authors developed a ‘ABC malignant pleural mesothelioma comprehensive care guide for nurses’which encourage trained ‘Buddy nurse’ to coordinate mesothelioma care, palliative care, home nursing, cognitive-behavioral therapy for asbestos damage, and peer support and compensation application working with advocacy group. This article investigatedthe feasibilityand revision points of the care guide. Interviewdata approved its feasibilityand revision points were identified. Since some participants complained the hesitation to cooperate beyond facility, supports facilitating nurses to cooperate with other specialists beyond facilities. | |||||||||||||
